The Archeological Survey serves as the central repository for records on known archeological sites.  Currently, some 15,000 sites have been reported across Oklahoma ranging from a high of almost 1100 in Le Flore County to less than 25 in Alfalfa County.  However, many more sites remain unreported.  If you wish to report archeological remains or artifacts, call  (405) 325-7211 or download the site forms and return to the Oklahoma Archeological Survey.

For isolated finds, download the isolated find form (please include a map, if available).  You will need the free Acrobat reader software to view the forms in pdf format and the list of consulting archeologists below.  Download it at the Adobe website.
